The Tema’e Beach Bungalows of ENJOY VILLAS are located on a large seaside plot of 1800M2 in Tema’e, 5 minutes from the public beach of Tema’e, 10 minutes from the ferry dock and 5 minutes from the Golf.
The 3 bungalows are identical and separated by small gardens.
Bungalow n°1 is in front, the closest to the sea.
Bungalow n°2 is in the middle
And Bungalow N°3 is at the back.
They are positioned so that all have a view of the sea (see map)
Composition of a Bungalow.
Each bungalow has an area of 83m2 with 30m2 of terrace and can accommodate 6 people in beds.
Composed of:
-3 air-conditioned bedrooms with 160x200cm beds, mosquito nets, safe
-2 bathrooms with shower and WC.
a lounge area with TV and WIFI.
The kitchen open to the living room is fully equipped: fridge, induction hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine and Nespresso (capsule not provided), kettle, crockery for 6 people, kitchen utensils.
The living room is equipped with a flat screen TV and free WIFI.
A laundry room with washing machine, table and iron.
Large bay windows overlook the 30m2 terrace with a table for 6 people for meals with sunbathing.
A charcoal barbecue in the garden.
Private access to the beach through a small gate.
