Located in a securised residency in the PAPETOAI village , this villa consists of 3 modules in a large garden, with 3 bedrooms with A/C, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen open to the living room and a large terrace facing the pool and lagoon .

Fully equipped kitchen open on a large living room, relaxation area with sofa, TV, WIFI and views of the lagoon .
Large windows overlooking the terrace, which consists of an outdoor lounge, a dining table for 8 people, sunbathing. Just after the swimming pool, a small private gate gives you an access to the lagoon.
Outdoor shower and kayaks are also available. (2 kayaks).

Master bedroom with a 180×200 bed, air conditioning, bathroom with shower, storage…

3rd Bedroom with a bed 160×200 and 2 single bunk beds for children, air conditioning, mosquito nets, fan.
Shared bathroom with a shower and a bath.

You will also find a laundry area with a washing machine, and an outside toilet.

This place will fit perfectly to a family or a group of 6 adults + 2 kids ( because of the 2 bunk beds ) .
